I began my ceramics journey in February 2025, when I joined an evening class. I was instantly hooked and keen to learn everything there was to know about pottery!

Having studied art and photography, and going on to work in TV and theatre as a prop maker, it’s safe to say that creativity is in my bones. But I always dreamt of making a living from selling my own original artwork.

I love to make everyday functional items that could be just as at home in a gallery as they are in your kitchen, perfect for brightening up any gloomy Monday morning!
I create my pieces using a mixture of wheel throwing and hand building. One of the first pieces I ever made was a small lidded pot shaped like a lemon. This unlocked a love and slight obsession for making realistic recreations of common objects. I love to make the clay look like a completely different material. I have a particular love for decorating slip, which I use in a majority of my work.
